Suitable for roasting cocoa beans and dried fruit in general as hazelnuts, almonds and pistachios. All RI roasting systems are made exclusively with an infrared electric system, equipped with a cooling tank and a skin cleaning and suction system. Homogeneous roasting capacity of the product (almonds, hazelnuts, etc.), use a heating system with infrared ceramic lamps controlled by a PLC in an automatic way. The heating technology, with infrared resistors, allows to optimize the heating process of nuts avoiding thermal attack of the product, allowing to roast the product evenly starting from the center. The peculiarity is also the mixing system inside the cooking chamber that allows to “move” the product without ruining it, and not altering the organoleptic properties.

For roasting / drying of nuts such as hazelnuts, almonds, peanuts, pistachios, cocoa beans, etc. Production capacity is different for each type of product and variable depending on many aspects such as size, humidity, type, origin, etc …; The structure of the toast is completely made of stainless steel. Through the use of heat insulating material we are able to reduce and optimize heat loss, thus increasing the thermal performance of the entire system. The loading of hazelnuts can be automated by loading elevators.

For cooling and cleaning toasted hazelnuts and peanuts. For the cooling only of almonds, pistachios, cocoa beans, etc. Electrical management (if part of a line included in the line framework). Possibility of automatic evacuation of the output product for storage in baskets.

For the decanting of the powders from the process air. Possibility to have the whole structure in stainless steel. Electrical management (if part of a line included in the line framework).
