COCOA BEANS PROCESSING IBD25 LAB LINE

The IBD 25 system consists of a roasting plant connected to a grain system. Suitable for roasting and granulation of cocoa beans and dried fruit in general as hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, etc. All RI roasting systems are made exclusively with an infrared electric system, equipped with a cooling tank and a skin cleaning and suction system. The toasting time varies according to the product in input, average roasting time 25/35 minutes. The patented TR grinding system allows you to transform the product without compressing it or heating it, leaving the organoleptic properties of what you want to transform unaltered.
