BaR 2 : BaR 100: We are faced with a multipurpose machine capable of producing bars made through two different mechanical processes of transformation of the dough into bars.
Bars that can be composed of a mix of soft dough (date, figs, apricot, etc.), which can be integrated with crunchy elements such as dried fruit, cocoa (hazelnuts, almonds, pistachio, peanuts, etc.), additional elements of a protein nature ( natural or synthetic) and / or with any spherical inclusions such as: rice, cereals, legumes, etc., or bars that can be composed of a mix of granola, binders, dried fruit (previously grained), etc.
According to the model chosen, it is possible to act for two different processes, by extrusion or lamination. Both managed by a specially sized conveyor belt
In both cases, the last operation that is carried out is the cut, whose execution mode can be selected based on the type of product processed.
